Follow these instructions when you want to add a reason for giving GLOSSYDots. 


Some examples of GLOSSYDots Reasons include:

  • "Birthday Present",
  • "Referral to a friend",
  • "BONUS GLOSSYDots for being referred by a friend", etc. 

Once you have created a GLOSSYDots Reason, you can use it when adding GLOSSYDots to a Customer Account. 

Steps: 

1. Go to Beautytrends à GLOSSYDots à GLOSSYDots - Reasons. 

2. Click on the "Add New" button in the top-right corner. 

3. In the Title area, give a title for this reason. 

4. Click on the "Save" button in the top-right corner. 


Now that you have created a reason for giving out GLOSSYDots, you can now add the GLOSSYDots to a customer by following the instructions in the tutorial: Adding GLOSSYDots to a Single Customer.
