WHAT ARE WE CHARGING?
You might probably think we are charging customers for their box. But if we check this on technical side of Magento it's not true.
In our business model a customer can subscribe for a subscription directly on checkout and will get their first box. So for their initial payment we dont need to do anything since the cusotmer will subscribe and pay automatically.
Since the customer needs to get and pay future boxex, we need to charge them with beginning of their 2nd box.
So in general we are charging boxes which are related to a specific subscription (Offer) -> OFFER-BOX combination

So if we want to charge those offers for the MARCH 2016 box, we ALWAYS have to schedule an OFFER PRODUCT together with a Box Product. In this case it's g.2016.03.s
In general we have to schedule each single OFFER PRODCT together with a BOX PRODUCT where we still still customer who has subscribed for this OFFER.
For every month (box) we have to schedule ALL OFFER PRODUCTS (Recurring and Fixterms) except of one off offer. The one off customer has already payed their box in the checkout.
