1. Go to Customers à Manage Customers

2. Select the customer whose account needs GLOSSYDots added / removed by clicking on their name or selecting "Edit" from the drop-down menu on the left. 

You will then be automatically re-directed to the customer's profile. 


3. Click on the "Add/Remove Glossydots" button. 

You will then be automatically re-directed to Settings for Add/Remove Glossydots


a. Add the number of GLOSSYDots to add. 

Note: Use a negative amount to remove dots.

b. Choose a Reason from the drop-down menu. 

Note: You can create a reason by following the instructions in the tutorial How to Add a New GLOSSYDots Reason Into Magento.

c. Choose "Activate" from the Active Status drop-down menu. 


4. Click on the "Save" button in the top-right corner.

You can find an overview of the customer's GLOSSYDots history by choosing Glossydots History in the Customer Information (Customers à Manage Customers).
