Through out the creation process, you can click the Save and Continue Edit button in the top-right corner.
Steps:
1. Go to CMS à Media-Boxes.
2. Click
on Add Media-Box on top-right
corner.
1. Under the General tab:
a. In the Identifier
box, type the name of the Media-Box you will use to identify it in Magento.
b. In
the Headline box, type the name of
the Media-Box that will appear on the Homepage.
c. In
the Description box, type what will
appear as the description.
d.
Add a link in Link Label and include
the URL in Link URL. 
e. Choose the link preferences in Headline as link and Open in New Window sections.
4. Under the Image tab:
a. Click
on Insert Image to insert your
desired image.
b. Choose
an alignment for your image from the Image
Align drop-down menu.
5. If you are creating a Big Slider, use the Extended Configurations tab. (Note: Do not use for any other Media-box types other than a Big Slider)
a. From the Ribbon Font Color drop-down menu, choose “Dark” if you want the text to be black. Choose “Light” if you want the text to be white.
b. Choose a background color from the Background Color drop-down menu or or enter a Hexadecimal color code if you have a specific one.
c. Choose the color of the button from the Button Color drop-down menu.
d. In the Class/RGBA section, type in an option:
· If you want it to be transparent, type "no-ribbon-background"
· Or you can write one of these options: brown / green / wood / dark-grey / gift-xmas / white (choose "Ribbon Font Color":Dark) / diamonds (choose "Ribbon Font Color":Light ) / metal (choose "Ribbon Font Color":Dark)
e. Do not use the Background Image option.
Remember: Once you have successfully completed all required fields, click on the Save button in the top-right corner.
